1. Preparation & Shipping
Processing Times:
Your orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
Tracking:
A tracking number is automatically sent to you via email upon shipment to monitor your delivery in real-time.
2. Rates & Free Shipping
We ship to France and Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Ireland).

3. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Important: For hygiene and quality reasons, any candle whose wick has been lit or trimmed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Issue upon receipt?
Despite our reinforced packaging, transport incidents can happen. Please contact our Customer Care within 72h with a photo of the damage, we will find an immediate solution.
