Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Sole Proprietorship Wool & Clover™ and its customers. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

The website www.woolandclover.com is published by the Sole Proprietorship (Entreprise Individuelle) managed by Ms. Narimen KONG.

2. Products & Craftsmanship
Our candles are artisanal creations, hand-poured in our workshop. They are made from 100% vegetable soy wax and perfumes from Grasse. Due to this artisanal nature, slight variations in weight, appearance (natural crystallization of the wax), or color may occur. These characteristics are proof of their authenticity and do not constitute a defect.
3. Price & Payment
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are net. Shipping costs are calculated and added before final validation of the order.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact (Belgium), and Klarna (3 interest-free installments).
Retention of Title: Products remain the full property of Wool & Clover™ until full payment is received.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons (Art. L221-28), this right applies only to strictly new products. Any candle whose wick has been lit, charred, or trimmed is considered depreciated and will not be eligible for any refund.
5. Intellectual Property
The trademark Wool & Clover™, as well as all visual elements, texts, photographs, and olfactory descriptions present on the site, are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, imitation, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Personal Data
Your data is collected solely for the management of your order and our customer relationship. It is never sold to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access and rectification by contacting us at contact@woolandclover.com.
